I have experience working in the mental health field for over ten years in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, in home services, and outpatient community mental health with individuals of all ages with serious mental heath conditions and some individuals just needing extra support for life stressors.
My interests extend into treating adults and the elderly through a variety of areas, such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, family relationships, adjustment issues, anger, and substance use disorders.
